Sending a baby gift to Labuan
Labuan is a federal territory: an island off the west coast of Sabah, with Victoria (Bandar Labuan) as its main town. It isn't part of Sabah, but checkout treats it as East Malaysia, so it uses the East Malaysia courier and fee table.
Allow about 5–8 working days by courier, after 1–2 working days to process the order. We can't book a delivery date for Labuan.
Shipping is RM20–RM40 below RM300, and free once the order reaches RM300. Two smaller gifts in one order, or one bigger hamper, can get you there.

Can I choose a delivery date in Labuan?
Not for Labuan, so order a few days early. Choose-your-date (RM20) is only for KL & Selangor addresses. In a hurry? Contact us first.
Is Labuan charged like Sabah or like West Malaysia?
Like Sabah and Sarawak. Labuan uses the East Malaysia fee table at checkout: RM20–RM40 below RM300, free from RM300, with an estimate of 5–8 working days.
Do you deliver outside Victoria?
Yes. The courier covers any address on Labuan island at the same fee and estimate as Victoria (Bandar Labuan). Include the full address and postcode.
How early should I order for a Labuan celebration?
Count up to 8 working days for most sets, or up to 12 working days for wooden name items and milestone rompers, plus 1–2 working days to process. Couriers deliver Monday to Friday.
Can I order from abroad for a baby in Labuan?
Yes, as long as the delivery address is in Labuan. You pay in Malaysian Ringgit by Visa, Mastercard or FPX online banking.
