This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit blissbies.com/sg or order from us, why we need it, who we share it with and the choices you have. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to us handling your personal data as described here.

The Blissbies Singapore store is run by Blissbies Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202500137R), 60 Paya Lebar Rd, #07-54 Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Blissbies Pte. Ltd.

What we collect
Details you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number. We ask for these at checkout so we can confirm your order and reach you about delivery.
- Delivery details: the recipient's name, delivery address and any delivery notes.
- Personalisation details: your baby's name and any other wording you want printed or embroidered, plus any photos or designs you upload for a product.
- Messages: what you tell us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.
- Newsletter sign-up: your email address if you sign up for our offers.
Details about your orders
Your order history, the coupons you used and the payment status of each order (for example paid, pending or refunded).
We never see or store your full card number or your PayPal login. Card and PayPal payments are handled by our payment providers, who send us back only the result and a reference. For PayNow, our staff check that your transfer has arrived and then confirm your order.
Details collected when you browse
When you visit our website, we and our advertising and analytics partners collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the products you add to your cart and how you arrived at our site (for example from a Google search or a Facebook ad). Some of this is collected with cookies, which are explained below.
When you send one of our forms (such as the newsletter sign-up or the contact form), we also record your IP address, your device and browser, and the page or ad that brought you to our site, to prevent spam and to measure how well our marketing works.
How we use your data
- To take your order, make your personalised items and deliver them.
- To send you order emails, such as your order confirmation, payment updates and delivery updates.
- To answer your questions and help with returns, refunds or problems with an order.
- To send you reminders about items left in your cart and coupon or offer emails (see "Marketing emails" below).
- To understand how people use our website so we can improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who may be interested in them.
- To prevent fraud, keep our website secure and keep the records the law requires.
Marketing emails
If you leave items in your cart or sign up for our offers, we may send you cart reminders and emails with coupons.
Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link. One click and we stop. You can also email hi@blissbies.com to opt out at any time. Unsubscribing does not stop the emails about an order you have placed.
How long we keep your data
- Order records (what you bought, what you paid and the delivery details) are kept for 5 years, as Singapore tax and accounting rules require.
- Personalisation photos and designs you upload are kept only as long as we need them to make and support your order. After that, we delete them.
- Marketing data (such as your newsletter sign-up) is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
How we protect your data
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Only staff who need your details to handle your order can see them, and our admin area needs two-step sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is wrong, out of date or incomplete.
- Withdraw your consent or limit how we use your data, for example for marketing.
To make a request, email hi@blissbies.com from the email address you used with us, or tell us your order number so we can confirm it's you. We reply as soon as reasonably possible, generally within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you when you can expect a reply.
If you withdraw consent for something we need to fulfil an order (such as your delivery address), we may not be able to complete that order.
Children's data
Our products are for babies, so orders often include a baby's name or photo. We only collect these from the parent, family member or friend placing the order, and only use them to make and deliver that order. Our website is meant for adults; we don't knowingly collect data directly from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will also let customers know by email or on our website.
