Thank you for checking out and shopping on blissbies.

We want to do our best to resolve all your issues as best as possible.

Please note that we cannot accept any returns after you have received the box.

You can proceed to cancel before the package is shipped.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at hi@blissbies.com with a photo of the damage or the incorrectly shipped product and your order number, and we will get back to you.

  • You can cancel your order just before you receive the tracking email.
    We will provide 100% to your original payment method (either credit card or PayPal).
  • Credit Card → The refund may return to you within 5~10 working days.
  • PayPal → The refund will show in your PayPal account instantly.
